Our Design Only service is perfect for clients seeking design guidance and support with the intention to implement the final selections independently. Through detailed consultations with our clients, we develop a unique understanding of our clients’ lifestyle and needs and then provide the creative vision. Our classic Design Concept includes floor plans, renderings, and a design presentation with our suggestions for aesthetic, lighting, furnishings, selections, and/or construction. Following the reveal, the customized design plan provides the foundation for clients to carry out the project on their own.
